Without choosing sides and without unnecessary explanations the events shown in the film create a thought provoking story about a nations arrival to the end of the industrial age.

Monitoring a controversial year in the recent history of our country-the year 2019, an extensive visual essay of imminent serious challenges has been created by the author Raimo Jõerand. From winning the War of Independence to gaining freedom from Russian occupation during the Singing Revolution, we now have to defend our land from the brightest of foes, from ourselves. Will we be able to take on this fight?

This is not a usual day in the plant but much more stressful and full of work - normally during the night shift from Sunday to Monday. Then the equipment that has been standing by or under repair will be switched back on.

The voiceover makes a point of the fact that "Man created and built the factory, man governs the factory!"

Estonian Film Database (EFDB)

The database is maintained by NGO Estonian Film Database. It was opened on 12.12.2012 and is meant for providing information about the whole Estonian film heritage from 1912. We plan fully complete it by 2025 but already now full and partial entries for about 20 000 films, 27 000 filmmakers, and more than 200 production companies could be retrieved in Estonian and partly in English. Translation of film descriptions and keywords into English is ongoing but due to the scarcity of resources quite a slow process. Read more detailed overview.
