Kaspar Ainelo was born on March 5, 1991 in Hiiumaa island, Estonia. He was graduated from Tallinn University the Baltic Film and Media School in 2013 (BA as film producer) and continued there with the Masters course in communication, imagology and PR (graduated in 2018). He has been working as producer in Herzog Helistuudio and in Cuba Films (2012–2013) and as film producer, film director and marketing manager in Kinosaurus Film (2014–2017), he has gained experience as marketing manager in wholesale and trading company FreshGO (2017–2018) and as copywriter in advertising agency Kontuur Leo Burnett (2019), after that he started in 2020 working as creative manager in marketing advisory Utopos.
Director Anu Aun has graduated with BA from TV Directing and completed postgraduate studies in Film Directing in Baltic Film and Media School. Anu has produced and directed two feature films, several short films and documentaries. Anu’s latest feature Phantom Owl Forest reached over 147 000 viewers in domestic cinemas. Her short film Shift (2010) was selected to more than 70 international film festivals and won 17 prizes from all over the world. Anu’s debut feature The Polar Boy (2016) was developed in Torino Film Lab and Nipkow Program. The film screened in Mannheim-Heidelberg International Film Festival official competition, Cairo International Film Festival, Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and many others. Anu is currently in production with creative documentary Walker on Water.
Enrico Barone comes from the eccentric and vibrant city of Naples in Italy. After graduating from the University of Rome, in the Department of Slavic and Finnish-Ugrian Cultural Studies and Film Theory, Enrico studied graphic design and commercial photography in Naples. Later on he first moved to Prague and then to Tallinn. In 2017 Enrico graduated from the Baltic Film and Media School, Department of Film and Audiovisual Media, as director and screenwriter of two short films. In addition to that since 2013 he participated in curating the programme of "Riga World Film Festival"
Kristo Elias was born in 1984, on the 13th of December. He got his Bachelors degree at the Tallinn School of Economics and completing his master's studies in 2017 at Tallinn University in the Department of Journalism. He has been working in Estonian Public Broadcasting since 2009, at first starting as a weather forecaster in the news. Since 2012, he has been working as an author and an editor in the weekly nature show “Osoon”. He has also been a presenter in various TV shows, for example, the children's singing competition “Laulukarussell” and Estonia's largest competition looking for new business ideas called “Ajujaht”. The documentary “Mercato”, which firstly screened in October 2016, was his first documentary film both as a producer and an editor.
