Documentary directed by Heli Speek about cleric Harald Meri and the murder story of his housemaid in April 1990.

Harald Meri (1917–1990) was the minister of Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church, dean of Järva deanery and reverend in Türi. Harald Meri and his housemaid Valve Klein were missing on April 5th, 1990. Their bodies were later found in the territory of Toravere quarry. The double murder is still unresolved. The documentary is based on the story told by Harald Meri's daughter Meeli Meri and on observations of the activities of the murder investigation committee.

Expatriate Estonian, poet Kalju Lepik, visits his fatherland Estonia after having been away from it for about 50 years.

Poet Kalju Lepik, expatriate Estonian living in Sweden, is awarded Juhan Liiv poetry award for his poetry series "Old melodies" published in 1989 in Estonia. When coming to receive his award in Juhan Liiv's birth place Alatskivi, Lepik visits his home country for the first time after having been away for about fifty years. The poet goes to see the places of his childhood in Koeru as well as visits his mother after a long period of separation. In the background the author reads his own poetry.

While being based on today's beliefs, Märt Müür attempts to form a collective portrait of thousands of people with tragic destinies, once deported from Estonia to Siberia.

Johannes Hint (September 20, 1914 – September 5, 1985) was an Estonian scientist of technology, doctor of technical sciences, writer Aadu Hint's brother. He is the author behind more than 200 scientific publications, 62 inventions, 28 patents. His inventions are still used today in Germany, Austria, USA, Japan and Russia. And yet, Johannes Hint died in Patarei prison in Tallinn at the age of 70. In November 1981, Johannes Hint was arrested because of false accusations. The scrutinous and compendious documentary introduces one of the most important natural resource in Estonia – the limestone – its origin, location, mining and use during the thousands of years. Estonian limestones – slate, dolomite rocks – have been in use as construction materials in Estonia already for the last 3000 years, standing as the second best construction materials next to wood. The filmmakers bring numerous examples about the use of limestone: starting from stone burials, stone fences and ending with the important colossal buildings in Estonian culture history. Comments by the screenwriter, publicist and construction historian Hubert Matve.
