Expatriate Latvians in Canada are celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Republic of Latvia with the special event in Toronto. Also, restoration of independence in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is being celebrated with the event. The gathering is opened by a Lutheran church minister, speeches in Latvian and Lithuanian are followed (simultaneous sound).
