Filmmakers follow the renovation works of an old wooden house in Väike-Patarei Street, Kalamaja district in Tallinn. During one year, the house will be restored into the condition of a contemporary residential house. Both experts and city residents from Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Latvia etc. share their opionions about the future and sustainability of the subject of restoring wooden architecture. For decades, renovating wooden architecture was considered something unimportant.
