The youth drama that includes motifs from Antonioni's cult movie "Zabriskie Point" investigates a criminal case that will become unusual due to the generation gap, distrust and communication difficulties.

A freshly graduated criminalist is given an assignment to file a criminal arson case admitted by 18-year-old Epp-Kai. However, the criminalist cannot find the motive for the misdemeanour. His partner, an experienced investigator overloaded with work, finds it unnecessary to have long conversations with the accused. The young criminalist perceives that Epp-Kai has something to hide while having desperate struggle within herself in pre-trial detention, trying to find the right way out.
