Documentary gives an overview about the construction of the premises for olympic games, yachting regatta in Tallinn. For the sailing regatta of Moscow Summer Olympic Games in 1980, numerous buildings were constructed in Tallinn: Tallinn Olympic Yachting Centre, Linnahall, Hotel "Olümpia", Tallinn Airport, TV Tower, restaurant "Pirita" among others. Also, the old town of Tallinn was renovated and the streets were reconstructed. People worked on various objects more than 1,2 million working hours without pay. The documentary follows the construction of olympic buildings.

The first feature film directed by Mikk Mikiver is based on the play "Man and God" staged by Voldemar Panso in 1962 in Estonian Drama Theatre. The story is based on the second part of pentalogy "Truth and Justice" by Anton Hansen Tammsaare.

Indrek Paas studies in Maurus private grammar school and is the tallest and oldest boy in his class. This does not seem to interest Mr Maurus though. An Estonian boy must get an opportunity to study if he really wants to. However, it turns out that it is not the most important principle at that school. In fact, there is no principle that cannot be escaped under certain conditions here. Indrek gets to know truths that may turn out to be wrong, and lies that may lead to truth. Indrek meets a girl whom he can give a name himself ...
