The main emphasis of the camp is that the boys could obtain stronger memories of their homeland through games, competitions and other events. In order to give the young scouts' camps an authentic and interesting background, the summer camps of 1953 have been given the names of three Estonian towns: Tallinn, Pärnu and Haapsalu.
