Young Scouts' Camp "Tallinn"

Young scouts' camp "Tallinn", organized by the Association of Estonian Scouts in Sweden, takes place near Eskilstuna in Solvik by Lake Mälaren on July 22-26. The main emphasis of the camp is that the boys could obtain stronger memories of their homeland through games, competitions and other events. In order to give the young scouts' camps an authentic and interesting background, the summer camps of 1953 have been given the names of three Estonian towns: Tallinn, Pärnu and Haapsalu. "Tallinn" is a tent camp. The young scouts arrive at Eskilstuna railway station where the bus takes them to the camp. ...
