When no public recognition at home, a gospel band Robirohi plans the tour to the source of gospel music, to perform at the halls of fame in Kentucky, USA.

This documentary is a film about bluegrass, gospel and god, in one of the most secular countries in the world. "Robirohi" is not a very well known band in Estonia. Most of their concerts are held in churches and congregations, their soulful music gets little plays on non-christian radio stations. Ensemble "Ukulele" gives a performance as a part of their Canada-USA tour; Priit Aimla and Tõnu Eermann answer to the questions. Pauline Browse, the State Secretary of Canada, feels happy about the fact that Canada was among the first countries recognizing the independence of the Republic of Estonia.

Estonian Film Database (EFDB)

The database is maintained by NGO Estonian Film Database. It was opened on 12.12.2012 and is meant for providing information about the whole Estonian film heritage from 1912. We plan fully complete it by 2025 but already now full and partial entries for about 20 000 films, 27 000 filmmakers, and more than 200 production companies could be retrieved in Estonian and partly in English. Translation of film descriptions and keywords into English is ongoing but due to the scarcity of resources quite a slow process. Read more detailed overview.
