The documentary was awarded the prize for the best sound (composed by Jaan Rääts) in the film festival of Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Belarus films held in Tallinn in 1965. For Andres Sööt, this was the first recording of an art documentary in Tallinnfilm film studio.
