Soldier discharged from the Soviet army returns home. Twenty five years later, a middle-aged man goes to visit his former fellow soldier Oleg's grave. He embarks on his ritual trip to a distant village cemetery in order to get rid of the anxiety and pressure due to a tragic event that had happened in the army. 25 years ago, Oleg committed suicide in the army. Back then, the man could not prevent it and during the years the feeling of guilt has only grown.

Underworld has become upset because of the rumour about the "red mercury" and the action begins, involving a guy called Reps who gets out of prison, his friends, the criminal investigators of the newly formed Estonian Security Police and their boss called Bulldozer.
