Traditional patriotic choral music is opposed by sociocritical rap music. Heinrich believes that choral singing is the mother of Estonian nation. For "United People", the most important thing is individual musical expression. What comes from the heart of an individual will reach to the heart of another individual. Both representatives have dedicated themselves to music. In their own way, both are right.

Arvo Pärt´s work, "... which was the son of..." was pecially commissioned for the contcert tour of European capitals of culture in 2000. Film recorded the rehearsals of Voices of Europe, youth choir of the European capitals of culture before the premiere in Reykjavik on 26 August 2000. The composer also took part in the rehearsals. The youth choir Voices of Europe included 90 singers from eight countries, aged 16-23. The chief conductor was Thorgerdur Ingolfsdottir.

Latvian story takes place in the middle of summer. Freedom seems to be so close yet the Soviet army is still surrounding the city. The heart of a young Russian soldier belongs to a pretty Latvian woman Regina. Sergey wants to marry her, but his fellow soldiers will intervene at this point.
