Plot summary

History session in Narva dedicated to the workers' strike in 1872, held by the workers of the Kreenholm Manufacturing Company. Views to the River Narva and the buildings of the Kreenholm textile factory. The strike that happened 80 years ago was one of the biggest one in the Russian Empire at that time and its anniversary is now celebrated with the talks and speeches by historians in Narva culture house. The portraits of Lenin and Stalin are hanging above the presidium in the great hall. Anna Pankratova, a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and Artur Vassar, candidate of historical sciences are holding their speeches. Sorokin, the manager of the textile factory, 
talks about the present day and the future of the factory. Views to the streets of Narva, the new buildings and housing construction.
