Eik - TEAD (2022)

Eik Erik Sikk’s (alias EiK) music video for the song “TEAD” from his 5th studio album “uduvaip” illustrates the track’s message focusing on the turning nature of human relationships through a story of a man taking his favorite houseplant back to the department store.

A man (Hardi Möller) travels through the city using various means of transport, a large pot with a houseplant in his hand, only to finally return it to the store. Throughout the journey, he will be looking for something better, constantly comparing the plant to trees. Still, flashbacks of him enjoying the plant’s company keep haunting him: playing music to it, watering it, speaking to it about his problems etc. After a while of murmuring the former relationship, the man decides to get a new plant, but even now, he will forever compare it to the trees, the relationship he could never have.
