A womans need for keeping herself up and to be kept up, no matter her age. A hairsaloon as a place to relief from the worries of life.
In the hairdresser on Tähe street the days are almost identical. The morning begins with heating the stove, listening to the radio and expectation. During the day the house fills up and the evening it slows down again. It is not often that new people come under the care of the three employees – Helju, Sveta and Lea. They are familiar with all of their clients. With their worries and joys. Everybodys preferences are known without asking. The salon and the hairdressers that have gone with its clients from youth to retirement, is still kept as important. The women desire to be taken care of and to be listened to. However it is also apparent, that the place will not last forever...
