Plot summary

The film is an exercise in limitations, shot in two days, two main actors and one location. The focus on the film besides the limitations was to work closely with the actors and sound design.

Ago (Tarvo Vridolin), an obese, middle-aged man is trying to maintain the newly found healthy lifestyle, in order to
get rid of his high blood pressure. In the beginning, Ago is exercising with stationary bike and following a “Better Life” programme, which is designed to help the consumers that have weight issues with the correct amount of exercise, diet and discipline. There is a feeling that someone is monitoring Ago.
Ago is getting ready for a romantic date by preparing a healthy meal. After being late, Sara (Kaili Viidas), 30-year-old, eccentric blond, barges in unapologetically and begins to torment Ago. She mocks his food, questions his man-hood and cunningly gets Ago to drink vodka. It becomes apparent, that she has completely opposite lifestyle, the kind he used to have. Next, Ago finds Sara snooping around his apartment. She finds a Better Life club card among other items and questions about the programme he is using.Ago becomes embarrassed Seductively, she makes Ago to show his programme.
Ago shows her the “Better Life” programme by making exercises. He is lifting weights. She teases him in an erotic way by giving him a promise of unprotected sex. Sara wants to show Ago her “programme”.
