"Snow Leopard" was an honorary title awarded to Soviet mountaineers who had conquered every 7000-metre high summits in the Soviet Union. This title of honour was also given to Estonian top mountaineer and photographer Jaan Künnap. Künnap concentrated on mountaineering in 1970s. As a photographer, Künnap has been internationally acknowledged mostly for his photos of mountains. Besides mountains he is also inspired by female body. The documentary focuses on the three main things in Künnap's life: photography, mountains and women. Yet, alpinism opens up another side in Künnap - the Snow Leopard is a youth tutor.
