Plot summary

A psychological horror about women's suppression in society.

Young painter Emma (Maria Paiste) opens her first debut painting exhibition together with her husband Toomas (Joosep Uus). At the opening of the exhibition, there is a critic who writes a devastating review for the newspaper, which causes quite a bit of discomfort between Emma and Toomas. Following in the footsteps of another painter (the woman in green), Emma ends up in an underground jazz club, where a completely different world opens up in front of her. Free, loud and full of inspiration. Emma tries to paint in her studio arer seeing the woman in green paint on stage, but Toomas jumps in and informs her that the studio is being sold. In the ensuing rage, Emma paints a painting of the monster.
When they wake up the next day, the critic who wrote Emma's devastating review is dead. Emma and Toomas go to dinner together, where Toomas's narcissistic sides comes out more than before. Emma goes to the art exhibition of the woman in green, and their conversation gives Emma the strength to stand up to her husband. Emma can't sleep at night and makes a fire in the fireplace, Toomas comes to invite her to bed, and as a result they get into a discussion, as a result of which the monster from the painting kills Toomas. Emma and the monster hug.
