Original title: Fritsud ja blondiinid

Documentary Duration 84:54

Nazis and Blondes

Baltic actors had a special and ungrateful role in Soviet history of cinema - Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians appeared on screen as bloodthursty fascists in numerous war films. The filmmakers' question is whether this has influenced the image of the Baltic people? The documentary that has been co-produced by Estonian and Latvian filmmakers tells about artist's responsibility and creative options. The actors - Tõnu Aav from Estonia, Uldis Lieldidžs from Latvia and Algimantas Masiulis from Lithuania - express their opinion on the subject.
