Sünopsis

Expatriate Estonians arrive at Tallinn on a passenger ship "Suomi" on May 16, 1938. People are stepping on the land from the boat. The quay is full of passengers and their luggage. Expatriate Estonians living in the United States of America have arrived to the Song Celebration and Expatriate Estonians' Congress, they also visit the President of the Republic of Estonia in his residence at Oru Palace on June 28, 1938. Konstantin Päts receives a memorial album as a gift, people drink sparkling wine (woven furniture; big oil painting depicting composition of flowers), walking outdoors. 11th General Song Celebration on June 23-25, 1938.
