Celebration of the tenth anniversary of the day when industrial oil shale gas was first introduced into the pipelines. The celebration is held in the culture house of Kohtla-Järve. The festive gathering where the manager of the plant, Pushkov, congratulates the workers, applause fills the hall. Chemical engineer Richard Joonas in the hall and at work.
