Edmund Rokk (1898–1992) is an inventor, invention consultant, technical expert and former pilot. Filmmakers observe Edmund Rokk's activities. He works as a consultant of the Estonian state council of the union of Soviet inventors and rationalizers. Rokk gives a thorough explanation to a male citizen how to prepare documents of an invention, holds consultations in the pastry factory "Kalev", in a laboratory of the institute of chemistry, in factory "Norma" and teaches in the Folk High School.
