Kassilaane (1982)

Kassilaane elementary school was founded already in the middle of 19th century. By the beginning of 1980s, the school has only one teacher and three pupils left. The filmmakers observe the daily life of the small village school: classes, playing, lunchtime, physical education class. Leili Jõks teaches all subjects at the school, she is the spirit of the house who is totally dedicated to her job; if only there were more pupils.
