First Five-Pointed Stars

Compendious documentary based on photographs and archival materials about Estonian aviators and their activities in the battles of the World War One. Lots of Estonian young men who had obtained aeronautics education in Russian, English and French achieved later the Officer's rank in Imperial Russian army. The Russian Revolution of 1917 made the aviators to choose sides. Many Estonian aviators chose to fight for the Red Army. The documentary gives a slight overview of several Estonian pilots.
