The documentary is commissioned by the Agricultural Ministry of the Soviet Union. It shows the advantages of Estonian bacon breed pigs compared to the former big white breed pigs. The good qualities of the new breed are described and a diverse overview about the breed's appearance and the quality of meat is given.
