An observational documentary that captures the funeral of Virve-Elfriide Köster, known as Kihnu Virve, an important folk figure and musician from the Estonian Island of Kihnu. Through her funeral rites, the film celebrates Virve's life and legacy as mourners honor her wish to have a joyful farewell instead of a traditional solemn event. The film offers a bipersweet tribute to a beloved figure and the enduring spirit of the island.
