The author of the film, former steward of Moscow embassy Aleksander Lellep, was in business relations with the president, so he could get a free access to Kadriorg Palace and Presidential residence in Oru for filming. The third chronicle introduces President Konstantin Päts's interview to journalist Kaljula Teder in Kadriorg Palace in 1940. The President seems a bit absent, and his answers are rather scarce.
