Former Olympic athlete and female wrestler Epp Mäe's coach Arvi Aavik starts forming the first Estonian female national team where the athletes and coaches are working according to his training plan.
Uncompromised and passionate Aavik, once called "A Crazy Coach", does not stop there - he wants to create something bigger than sports. He wants to erase the line between the coach and the athlete, trying to create a human touch.
