An Exchange (2019)

It is a quiet night in the woods and Tuuli is rethinking her decision to bring her partner, Kaspar, to the family cabin for the week. As she tries to get him to leave Kaspar reveals that he has discovered a secret she has been keeping from him. Before the couple can finish their discussion, a strange drumming begins outside and the cabin is surrounded by hooded torch-bearing strangers. Things go from bizarre to crazy as the strangers begin slapping the windows and Tuuli starts having a seizure. Then as suddenly as it began, the slapping stops and the strangers leave. Kaspar must now try to get the couple away from this remote place and back to safety before something worse happens.
