Reet Kudu introduces Vladimir Gestkoff, a French journalist living in Paris, as a man who made programmes about Russia already when it was almost impossible to achieve. Vladimir Gestkoff talks about himself: he has published five books, he is a lecturer of philosophy. Reet Kudu reads out an excerpt from the article published in magazine "Looming" where also writer Helga Nõu is being characterized. At Reet's request, Vladimir speaks also in French. The recording for the Estonian radio takes places in the home of the Nõu family in Askvägen on April 19, 1989.
