In this new short documentary of Riho Västrik the political eras meet in the Estonian town of Tapa. Tapa is a railway junction 90 km from Tallinn. During the Soviet occupation it housed a Red Army training centre and airport. The population then was 12000 people, now it is half the size and half are Russian-speaking people. The neglected Soviet training centre is a stone’s throw from the NATO base where in spring 2017 allied forces moved in.
