Expatriate Estonians arrive at Washington by plane. They are flying above the main building of the Ministry of Defence of USA in Pentagon, located near Washington. There is a parade in the city, among the participants there are representatives from various states, columns of unions, educational institutions and enterprises. All participants are colourfully dressed; cheerleaders or dancers in front of orchestras; glamorous beauties in cabriolettes. US flags are carried. Policemen are securing the event.
