75 years have passed since the beginning of Estonian scouting when the first unit was organized in Pärnu in 1912. The anniversary is celebrated with the great gathering in Estonian House Toronto on May 24, 1987. Scouts master Heino Jõe holds the first speech at the festive gathering.
