Estonian Days in Adelaide (1975)

9th Estonian Days in Adelaide take place during the hot days in December 1975. Joyride on River Torrens in Adelaide. Beautiful green areas and private houses along river banks. Another river ship passes by. Water bikers are riding by. Festive opening of Estonian Days takes place in the assembly hall of Polish House on December 26. General head of Estonian Days, Villi Reinpuu and chairman of sports association Meinhard Ots are holding speeches. Children hold various performances in Estonian House, Adelaide: music performances, acting, dancing, gymnastics and ballet acts. Folk dances and gymnastics performances are held as a light celebration where the collection of dances "Journey Through Estonia" is the leading act. The dancers are lined up, emblems of the Estonian counties are held up. Performance of folk dancers: children, female and male dance groups are performing separately and in pairs. Participants on a big village swing. As a finishing event, a small song celebration takes place with the participation of eight choirs and folk dancers in the city hall of Adelaide.
