Sünopsis

Estonian National Male Choir gave its first concert to the expatriate Estonian audience in Canada, in the Convocation Hall of Toronto University in spring 1989. The concert has been recorded in video by Edgar Väär, the video consists of different sections.
In this section the video continues with the ode for male choir "To the Singer" of Veljo Tormis, being conducted by Olev Oja. The audience is applauding by standing up and conductors are presented flowers.
The choir is greeted by the principal of the Royal Conservatoire Gordon Kuschner who speaks about the Estonian choral culture. Assistant Chairman Enn Kiilaspea is greeting on behalf of the North-American Estonian Singers Union.
The concert continues with the song of Mihkel Lüdig "Dawn" conducted by Kuno Areng.
Dr Andrus Voitk renders thanks on behalf of the Estonian Central Council in Canada, he also thanks Roman Toi and Avo Kittask, and other members of the host commitee. Video is ending with the song of Konstantin Türnpu "Greeting" conducted by Olev Oja.
