President Konstantin Päts's speech on the issues of disarmament

Konstantin Päts, the President of the first Republic of Estonia, holds a speech in Latin for greeting the international conference of disarmament that took place in Geneva in 1932. The film begins with the English commentary saying that Päts wants to express a few thoughts about disarmament, after having inspected the defence army. The column of cadets of the military school's honorary company lines up in front of Kadriorg Palace, the soldiers wearing winter uniforms.
