Training camp of Ernst Idla's female gymnasts in Swedish Sports Training Centre in Bosön in order to prepare for the forthcoming international gymnastics festival held in Stockholm in July-August 1949. The film depicts the gymnasts jogging; an elite group is practising their performance outside the sports centre building; all gymnastics groups are practising together in the sports ground.
