Sünopsis

Departure of the expatriate Swedes and Estonians from Estonia to Sweden in 1944 (recorded during August 27-28, 1944). Life of Estonian people in Mölle Refugee Centre in Sweden (filmed in 1945). Loading packages on the truck. Truck ride to the harbour of Haapsalu. People waiting for boarding in the harbour. People are eating. Schooner "Juhan" by the pier. Security police is giving out departure permissions, the cameraman focuses on Ludwig Lienhard. Horse carts loaded with suitcases by the pier. Mother is breastfeeding her baby. Checking the lists.
