A short documentary about the positive effects of sauna culture. Medical workers Rein Suija and Elmar Laane explain the healing qualities of sauna procedures to one's health as the cheapest and most accessible physiotherapeutic means, while being based on scientific research. At the same time the film gives a short overview about the history and different types of sauna.
