The American Estonian John Baltsar has filmed his home in Connecticut in the summer of 1931 and in the winter of 1932. There are plenty of frames about his blooming home garden and about Mrs Baltsar whose inseparable companion is her cat. The guests in the garden of the Baltsars and typical activities about stepping into and out of the car. There is also some snow clearing in winter and traffic on snowy Farmington avenue.
