Hungerburger (2003)

Two American secret agents - Frank and Wendy - are sent to the world's hotbed of danger, known as Estonia. Estonia is a silly place, perhaps even sillier than the agents themselves. The Nazi dwarfs and international gene manipulators join forces and develop an irresistible marketing strategy. The danger of eating to the point of bursting threatens mankind. And at one point, this danger also threatens Frank and Wendy. Yet as is said in the FBI: you may be fat or a pig, but if the world needs to be saved, then it has to be saved. Frank and Wendy do not let the next chance slip through their hands.
