Artur Talvik and Peeter Vihma are looking for an answer to the question whether the real civil society is existing in Estonia and what will happen to the world after the representative democracy will fail due to a deep crisis it is in. During two years three Estonian communities are being observed, including the internet community in Estonia and the ones in Pühajärve and Tuhala. The filmmakers follow the communities' efforts to fight for their rights against the economical elite aka the wall.
