What are the necessities of a child who has to be hospitalized for a longer period of time? They definitely need cure and caring by medical workers; however, in order to soothe their homesickness and worry, the young patients need also joy and laughter. This appears to be quite a complicated task as one has to be ready to make a personal contribution. Despite difficulties there are clowns who come to Tallinn Children's Hospital to make little patients laugh.
