Events following the coup of June 1940 in Tallinn. Elections of the 2nd State Council, the first meeting of the State Council on June 21st, greeting demonstration in front of the Embassy of the Soviet Union on Pikk Street on July 24th. The documentary shows people's demonstrations, pre-election agitation, elections and the newly elected people's deputies in the hall of Toompea.
