Peeter (2001)

Documentary Duration 74:49

Sünopsis

Peeter Tooming – photographer, cinematographer, film director and publicist – has lived and is living an extremely intense creative life despite the fact that the sword of Damocles has been dangling above his head. He lives thanks to his will and bravery. He is a man who stands on gates; a man who has gone further than us. Who confronts the Unknown and himself. He is amongst us and yet halfway the River. There is still hope that he will return, but he won't be the same person. He has seen the world and its values from the slightly different perspective. He has seen himself and his artwork with the slightly different gaze. The documentary dedicated to Tooming's memory tells about his battle with the terminal illness during his last year of life (1996–1997).
