Come Back, Lumumba (1992)

The culture centre of a small Estonian town is the place where the local people gather - where schoolchildren come to see popular films of 1960 previewed by the newsreels imbued with Soviet ideology to, and where young people meet in cinema and at dancing nights and fall in love. Aurora, the new head of the culture centre, and Lumumba change the lives of Rein and his father who are crushed with grief. Together with their friend Elsa, the boys decide to introduce Rein's father to Aurora in order to make them feel less lonely. It will turn out that the adults won't tell the children the most important fact.
