Documentary by Peep Puks combines two stories: the destinies of a city and of a woman, the stories of Ilo Jaik-Riedberg and the city of Paris. Culture is the common language of Europe. While navigating in French cultural space we perceive its uniting power both for Estonians. Ilo Jaik-Riedberg, daughter of writer Juhan Jaik, works a tourist guide in Paris and introduces the city in various languages. She first went to Paris as a
war refugee in 1945. The Jaik family settled in Sweden, yet in 1971 Ilo moved to Paris and stayed there. Ilo brings Estonian tourists to the cultural visit to Paris.
