Estonian athletes bring unprecedented harvest of medals from the olympic games in 1988. Most Estonians still remember the medals that Erika Salumäe, the Tõniste brothers, Jüri Tamm and Tiit Sokk won at the Seoul Olympic Games. Or the bronze medal Allar Levandi won at Calgary Winter Olympic Games. The conditions are ready for restoring the national olympic committee in Estonia. It takes place in January 1989. Now it is a proper time to look back how everything started. While riding the emotional wave, the documentary observes the Estonians' interest towards sports since the era of Georg Lurich. How does the respected Argentinian Cup arrive at Estonia. How is the olympic winner Kristjan Palusalu carried on shoulders. How can Estonia win olympic medals even during the times of the Iron Curtain.
