The documentary delves into the director’s relationship with daydreaming, which serves as both a comforting escape and a troublesome obsession. Through intimate narration and dance performances, the director reveals her daily ritual of losing herself in fantasies to evade life's challenges and self-doubt. While initially providing solace and a sense of security, her daydreams gradually blur the lines between fantasy and reality, hindering her acceptance of her true self. Despite efforts to break free from this cycle, it persists until an unexpected upheaval, brought by war, forces her to confront the harsh realities of existence.
